UNICEF - Know your Rights

The Convention on the Rights of the Child (adopted in 1989) sets out a comprehensive range of rights and responsibilities for children, defining their social, economic, cultural, civil, and political rights. The CRC has been ratified by a vast majority of countries and is one of the most widely accepted human rights treaties in the world. One of my favorite projects ever was to design and illustrate this set of activity cards for children to learn about them, as well as a leaflet and a poster.
